Living In Your Purpose

Scripture:

“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

– Ephesians 2:10

Devotion:

You were not created by accident. God formed you with intention, designing you with gifts, passions, and a divine assignment. Living in your purpose begins by walking closely with God. Your true purpose is not something you invent, it’s something you discover in His presence.

Too often, we chase the world’s definition of success and miss the divine calling engraved into our soul. But purpose is not always about a grand stage; sometimes it’s about faithfulness in the small things. Each act of obedience, each step of faith, moves you closer to the life God planned for you.

Remember, God equips those He calls. If He placed a desire in your heart aligned with righteousness, He will empower you to fulfill it. Don’t compare your purpose to others; run your own race. Stay humble, stay yielded, and keep moving forward.

Reflection Questions:

🤔 Am I seeking God’s direction daily in discovering and fulfilling my purpose?
🤔 What small act of obedience can I do today that aligns with my calling?
🤔 Where have I allowed fear or comparison to stop my forward movement?

Prayer:

In the name of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, Amen.
Lord Jesus Christ, thank You for creating me with divine intention. Help me to walk boldly in the purpose You’ve set before me. Open my eyes to see where You are leading, give me the courage to follow, and the grace to endure. Remove distractions and comparisons, and help me to trust that what You’ve called me to, You will complete in me.
In the name of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, Amen.
