“Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture!” says the LORD.
Jeremiah 23:1
“I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness; a King shall reign and prosper.”
Jeremiah 23:5
“He who has My word, let him speak My word faithfully.”
Jeremiah 23:28
SPIRITUAL INSIGHT
1. Corrupt Shepherds Scatter
God judges leaders who use position without responsibility. Scattering happens when leadership lacks truth, accountability, and fear of God.
2. God Replaces, Not Repairs, False Leadership
God does not reform corrupt shepherds, He raises a Righteous Branch. Jesus Christ is God’s answer to failed systems and compromised leadership.
3. False Prophets Speak Comfort, Not Truth
Dreams without God’s Word produce deception. God’s Word confronts, refines, and realigns. Fire purifies. The hammer breaks resistance.
LEADERSHIP MIRROR (Self-Examination)
Do I feed or merely lead?
Do I speak God’s Word or my opinions?
Do people grow safer and stronger under my influence?
DECLARATION
I am chosen to lead under the authority of the True Shepherd.
I will not scatter God’s people through compromise or silence.
I speak God’s Word faithfully, without fear or dilution.
My leadership aligns with righteousness, truth, and accountability.
PRAYER
In the name of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, Amen.
Lord, examine my heart as a shepherd and a voice. Remove every tendency to lead for self and not for Your glory. Align my words with Your truth and my influence with Your righteousness. Make me a faithful steward who gathers, heals, and protects according to Your will. Let Your Word be fire in me and a hammer against deception.
In the name of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, Amen.
